Cielo brings seven years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong background rooted in operations and customer service. In her role, she works closely with our advisors to streamline their day-to-day business, handling the vital administrative details that allow them to focus entirely on client success. Known for her proactive support and warm, client-first approach, Cielo is dedicated to ensuring both our advisor team and their clients receive an exceptional, seamless experience.

In her time off, Cielo balances her love for adventure with plenty of downtime—whether she's reading, snowboarding, or relaxing at home with her cats.

Doug has been an adviser for members of our family since he was in his early 20s. We have put our trust in him and he has helped us to live very comfortably (retired now).
