Matthew Guenther is an Investment Advisor who believes money decisions should feel simple, honest, and personal. Before getting into finance, Matthew grew up working in his family business at Source for Sports in Steinbach, where he learned the value of hard work, earning trust, and how to steward what we have been given to take care of others. That experience shaped how he works with clients today—no pressure, no confusing financial words, just real conversations and practical advice.

If there is one thing that sets Matthew apart, it’s his willingness to continually learn and seek knowledge from other professionals, (accountants, lawyers, and even other advisors,) to make sure that the advice given to each client is tailored to their specific needs.

When Matthew’s not in the office, his world revolves around his beautiful wife and growing family. He loves the hands on life of building a homestead, and staying active through hockey, hunting, fishing, and whatever new adventure the kids are excited about next.

Doug has been an adviser for members of our family since he was in his early 20s. We have put our trust in him and he has helped us to live very comfortably (retired now).
